Sourced from the rolling hills bordering Puglia and Basilicata, this cold-pressed Coratina-led olive oil is bold, peppery, and deeply rooted in the land it comes from.
It’s the same oil used daily in our own family kitchen here — long before we ever thought to bring it to the UK.
Harvested locally and produced in small batches, it’s made to be enjoyed simply: over food, with bread, or as it’s used here every day.
